I am currently only in-network with Premera. If you are covered by a different insurance, some plans do allow reimbursement for mental health services through their out-of-network coverage. If you are are eligible for reimbursement with your insurance plan, I am happy to provide you with monthly invoices that you can submit to your health insurance provider for reimbursement at your request. Please contact your health insurance carrier if you plan to receive out-of-network benefits or reimbursement benefits for mental health services to better understand your benefits before we begin working together.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled therapy appointment please make sure to notify me at least 24 hrs. in advance, otherwise, you will be charged the full session amount.
2023 Pricing
Prices if billing insurance:
- First Visit Evaluation ( 60 minutes) – $220
- Individual Sessions (53 minutes) – $180
If you do not have insurance or do not want to bill insurance, fee at time of service:
- Individual Sessions (50-55 minutes) – $140
