Healing Together
I am honored to journey alongside those who are working towards healing themselves and learning to stand in their power.

My Approach to Healing
I believe I am here to help guide others who are ready to begin their journey towards healing themselves. Many of us seeking healing have experienced a loss of connection and rootedness to ourselves and our the world we live in. I have come to understand that traditional talk therapy primarily seeks to overwork our cognitive processes in order to heal – often forgetting to incorporate other parts of ourselves that are essential to our wellbeing. Our work together will focus on helping you get in touch with your most authentic self while helping you find a sense of rootedness and connection to your lived experience.
In the last few years, we have been called to begin a deep reflection on ourselves and our mental health. As a collective, I believe many of us have started to push back on toxic cultural norms that have deeply affected our wellbeing, and many of us have come to a place where we are “doing life” in a way that feels empty or meaningless. Maybe you are ready to take the next step and work on feeling WHOLE and CONNECTED to/in this world.
Beginning Your Healing Journey
Therapy can be a wonderful opportunity to begin your journey for wholeness and healing. Maybe you have been living with fear that keeps you feeling stuck and powerless, or maybe you have difficulty with allowing yourself to rest and enjoy your present experience. Most people reach out to me because they are tired of being a passenger in their own life and need to find their strength and power to walk the path of their choosing.
Wherever it is that you find yourself today, it would be an honor to walk alongside you as a guide in your search for healing.
About Me

My name is Natalia, I am a bilingual/bicultural therapist and energy worker, practicing from a holistic lens. In today’s world, I believe that we need more than what Westernized therapeutic models can offer which often rely heavily on cognitive processing to produce healing. Most times, we find ourselves in our heads working to heal and move through the world without allowing our whole body/ser (being) to carry us. We miss the opportunity to connect with our own wisdom, intuition, body, and Spirit to help us heal and feel rooted in this world.
As a therapist and energy healer in practice, I find that my clients are open to something more than the traditional therapy modalities (although I do incorporate these as a foundation to our work), but are also open to guided energy work (intuitive guidance, reiki, meditation, tarot/oracle archetype work, dream work, etc.).
I want to acknowledge that taking this step towards finding a therapist to start your journey can bring a mix of feelings- I’ve been there! It’s sometimes hard to know which therapist will be the right fit for you. I offer a complementary video consultation to help us both feel things out before you commit to therapy.
Therapy & Healing
I currently see adult individuals both in-person and via telehealth
Approach
My current therapeutic orientation is Attachment based therapy with a combination of various trauma informed practices such as EMDR (Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing), ego state therapy (Parts Work), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), meditation, somatic work, and energy based medicine. Regardless of approach, my hope is to establish an environment of safety from which to explore the complexity of deeper difficulties you may have faced in your lifetime. In this journey, we will heal certain aspects of your experience with the hope of leading you to reconnect with yourself, your intuition, and your Spirit.
Who I See
Most of the people I meet with are open to something a little deeper than “traditional” therapy. I have experience working with people from all walks of life but am most connected in my healing practices with those who are ready to allow me to walk alongside them while they face parts of themselves and their lives that they may not have been ready to face previously. That is to say – you are here because you have felt called to do the work to heal and are ready to embark on this journey.

MEDICAL BILLS
(OMB Control Number: 0938-1401)
When you get emergency care or get treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you are protected from surprise billing or balance billing.
What is “balance billing” (sometimes called “surprise billing”)? When you see a doctor or other health care provider, you may owe certain out-of-pocket costs, such as a copayment, coinsurance, and/or a deductible. You may have other costs or have to pay the entire bill if you see a provider or visit a health care facility that isn’t in your health plan’s network. “Out-of-network” describes providers and facilities that haven’t signed a contract with your health plan. Out-of-network providers may be permitted to bill you for the difference between what your plan agreed to pay and the full amount charged for a service. This is called “balance billing.” This amount is likely more than in-network costs for the same service and might not count toward your annual out-of-pocket limit.
“Surprise billing” is an unexpected balance bill. This can happen when you can’t control who is involved in your care – like when you have an emergency or when you schedule a visit at an in-network facility but are unexpectedly treated by an out-of-network provider.
You are protected from balance billing for:
Emergency services: If you have an emergency medical condition and get emergency services from an out-of-network provider or facility, the most the provider or facility may bill you is your plan’s in-network cost-sharing amount (such as copayments and coinsurance). You can’t be balance billed for these emergency services. This includes services you may get after you’re in stable condition, unless you give written consent and give up your protections not to be balanced billed for these post-stabilization services.
Certain services at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center: When you get services from an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, certain providers there may be out-of-network. In these cases, the most those providers may bill you is your plan’s in-network cost-sharing amount. This applies to emergency medicine, anesthesia, pathology, radiology, laboratory, neonatology, assistant surgeon, hospitalist, or intensivist services. These providers can’t balance bill you and may not ask you to give up your protections not to be balance billed. If you get other services at these in-network facilities, out-of-network providers can’t balance bill you unless you give written consent and give up your protections. You’re never required to give up your protection from balance billing. You also aren’t required to get care out-of-network. You can choose a provider or facility in your plan’s network.
When balance billing isn’t allowed, you also have the following protections: You are only responsible for paying your share of the cost (like the copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles that you would pay if the provider or facility was in-network). Your health plan will pay out-of-network providers and facilities directly.
Your health plan generally must: Cover emergency services without requiring you to get approval for services in advance (prior authorization).
Cover emergency services by out-of-network providers.
Base what you owe the provider or facility (cost-sharing) on what it would pay an in-network provider or facility and show that amount in your explanation of benefits.
Count any amount you pay for emergency services or out-of-network services toward your deductible and out-of-pocket limit.
