Hi there! My name is Natalia, I am a bilingual/bicultural therapist with a passion for helping others in their healing journey.
My approach and orientation is rooted in attachment theory, with a focus on using a variety of trauma-informed techniques. I incorporate mindfulness, parts work, EMDR and CBT, whenever appropriate in our sessions. I find that at its core, therapy is the opportunity to provide you with a secure relational foundation built on safety and trust, so that you may feel that you can show up as you are. We will work together to break old patterns, heal relational wounds, and build new adaptive ways to cope so that you may live in a way that is authentic to who you are.
I want to acknowledge that taking this step towards finding a therapist to start your journey can bring a mix of feelings – I’ve been there! It’s sometimes hard to know which therapist will be the right fit for you. I offer a complementary phone/video consultation to help us both feel things out before you commit to therapy.
